We’ll arrange and make your bouquet to order and package in our branded Flowers by A eco packaging.
We will despatch your order as quickly as possible, between 1 to 3 business days unless it's a bespoke order.

How can I clean my faux flowers?
Faux flowers require very little maintenance compared to real flowers, making them perfect for any occasion or place in the home. When it comes to cleaning faux flowers, we recommend dusting them as much as possible and simply wiping them clean with a soft cloth. It’s best to not place them in full direct sunlight as this reduces any chances of the colours fading.
Can I cut the stems?
As there is a wire running through each of the stems, we would ideally recommend using wire cutters to cut through the stem however if these aren't available then a strong pair of garden or kitchen scissors can work.
How will my flowers be packaged?
Your bouquet or arrangement will be carefully wrapped with colour coordinated tissue paper and brown paper with our branded Flowers by A touches and packaged in our standard bouquet packaging.
