Where do you deliver?

We deliver across the UK.

How long will my delivery take?

We send all our parcels Royal Mail second class at no extra cost to the price shown on the website. This usually takes between 2-3 working days.

What is your returns policy?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your flowers please contact us on hello@flowersbya.com and we will do our very best to rectify the situation. If for any reason you would like to return your flowers please ensure you notify us within 7 days of receipt of your item and a full refund or exchange will be offered for items which are returned in a perfect unused condition and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. All items must be returned complete, partial refunds are not offered.

Please note any returns for unwanted items are at your own cost and postage & packaging costs will not be refunded. We would strongly recommend using a tracked service as any items received damaged will not be refunded and we do not accept responsibility for any items lost in transit.

If you believe an item to be damaged or faulty please contact us directly within 7 days of receipt of the item/s at hello@flowersbya.com alongside images of the damage/ fault and we will endeavour to send out a replacement to you as soon as possible. 

Please note we do not accept returns on bespoke items or wedding flowers.

Once we have received and assessed your return, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. This may take a few days to show in your account, timings can vary depending on the card issuer.
